As a previous professional athlete I see the gym as a supplemental tool to be able to live my life with the energy and strength to participate in the activities I love—trail running, mountain biking, skiing and outdoor adventures.
Strength training is a cornerstone to my health as it's transformed not only my body but my ability to maintain balanced blood sugar, happy cortisol levels and stable hormones. I truly believe that muscle is medicine.
